Chesung Lhamo


I am Chesung Lhamo from Bhutan but am presently living in Arunachal Pradesh. My father is a farmer and I lost my mother sometime ago. I have three brothers and one sister. The earning of my father is not sufficient enough to provide basic amenities to us. In such a situation it was almost impossible for me to think of higher education. It was like a miracle to me that I got nominated for the GGGS scholarship of Rai Foundation. Currently, I am studying in BBA second semester and now I have started thinking of a better and brighter future. On behalf of all the Bhutanese students and on my own behalf, I would like to thank Rai Foundation for giving us such a magnificent opportunity.
